Job summary

PING, Inc in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Staff DFA Process Engineer to lead DFA and assembly optimization across multiple product lines. You will build Arena models, troubleshoot ERP issues, and drive cost-effective process changes from concept to implementation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, strong data analysis, and excellent communication to coordinate cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing projects. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead moderate-scope continuous improvement projects balancing efficiency, quality, safety and ergonomics.
• Build Arena simulation models to validate process designs and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide DFA recommendations and drive implementation through to completion; collaborate with Design Engineering on product design feedback.
• Own production areas and mentor operators, team leads and supervisors on the line.
