Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited).
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing ops, NPD, or production process development.
- Experience leading automation projects from concept to production release.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with Design Eng, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain.
Aufgaben
- Design for Automation (DFA) leadership upstream in NPD.
- Influence product/process design for automation readiness and cost reduction.
- Lead DFA activities through NPD gates and before design freeze.
- Support and lead product line transfers, startups, and process duplication.
