Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering and the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industrial procedures, schematics, drawings, and blueprints.
• Able to write reports, assembly instructions, and manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops, selects, implements, and evaluates engineering techniques to solve problems and improve methods.
• Initiates and provides solutions for process optimization to improve reliability and reduce COPQ.
• Ensures DFSS is applied to products and processes.
• Manages project phases within budget and time constraints and ensures standards are met.
• Communicates clearly with production staff, engineers, and management.
• Creates assembly instructions, bills of materials, routings, and new work centers.
• Establishes ECOs and handles changes and RMAs.
• Performs safety, quality, and environmental compliance activities.
