North Carolina Department of Justice seeks a Criminal Justice Training Coordinator II to lead the In-service and Online Training development team. You will oversee curriculum creation, delivery, and updates for adult learners in law enforcement, detention, and telecommunications across North Carolina.

The role requires coordinating with client agencies, guiding staff through lesson plan development, and managing performance with established reviews.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in criminology, criminal justice, one of the social sciences, or a related field from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in an administrative and supervisory capacity.
• Experience working with Commissions, Committees, or Advisory Groups.
• Certified Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Instructor.

Responsabilités

• Lead the In-service and Online Training development team supporting the Education and Training Standards Commissions.
• Oversee development, delivery, and improvement of training curricula for adult learners.
• Coordinate with client agencies and maintain relationships through ongoing communication and needs assessment.
• Ensure timely submission of administrative documentation and oversee course scheduling and evaluations.
