Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with active license.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities; experience in staff education is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English; proficient in developing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct in-service educational programs.
• Develop orientation and leadership training for Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses.
• Maintain OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for hazard communication, TB management and blood borne pathogens standard.
• Coordinate employee health services and vaccination information.
