Job summary

TCC is seeking a Staff Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals to strengthen workforce readiness in Care Management.

You will lead live trainings, create engaging materials, and implement post-training assessments, with potential travel to TCC offices and collaboration across departments to support ongoing learning pathways.

Qualifications

• Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate scheduling, preparation and presentation of regularly scheduled training materials to the workforce.
• Translates complex workflows, regulations and policies into clear, digestible training content for staff.
• Develops and implements post-training knowledge checks to measure effectiveness and follow up strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the continuous development and delivery of TCC's training curriculum, modules, and materials.
• Facilitates the scheduling, preparation and presentation of regularly scheduled training materials to the workforce, in collaboration with other departments.
• Translates complex workflows, regulations and policies into clear, digestible, engaging and retainable training content for staff.
• Develops and implements post-training knowledge checks to measure effectiveness and collaborate with relevant departments to implement follow up strategies based on actionable feedback.
• Assists with the preparation of content/slides and participate in the bi-weekly Care Manager Informational Webinar as appropriate.
• Conducts live training as assigned, including potential travel to TCC offices.
• Supports staff development initiatives, such as data collection and analysis leading to development of ongoing learning pathways.
• Provides mentoring or support to the workforce as needed or requested.
• Maintains up-to-date Outlook calendar to accurately reflect work-related appointments and availability.
• Assists with specialty projects which may include updating policy documents needed.
• Participation in external meetings as needed, including but not limited to IAC Training Meetings, and other collaborative trainings.
• Performs other activities, as assigned, to support overall organization's goals and objectives.
