Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training for nursing staff. You will support hiring and onboarding, provide ongoing continuing education, and help ensure staff are confident, compliant, and compassionate in care.

The role focuses on planning and delivering orientation and in-service programs, maintaining training records, and collaborating with leaders to address educational needs within the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN License in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
