Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Florida seeks a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a faith-based, resident-centered environment. The role includes supervision of delivery medications and nursing staff, overseeing assessments, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality care for residents.

You must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
