Job summary

Apploi in Miramar Beach, Florida is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education, onboarding, and ongoing training for nursing staff. This role ensures staff are competent, compliant, and compassionate in care, collaborating with department leaders to address educational needs and maintain records.

You will assist with hiring, coordinate orientation, and support the Director of Nursing and leadership with additional duties.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
