Job summary

Piercehbrv is seeking an RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training within our Georgia facility. This role supports hiring/onboarding, delivers continuing education to nursing staff, and ensures team members remain competent and compassionate in care.

You will collaborate with department leaders, maintain training records, and assist leadership with additional duties while promoting a positive, faith-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation, ongoing education and training for all team members.
• Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in-service programs and skills assessments.
