Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking an organized, enthusiastic full-time Assistant Director of Staff Development (DSD) Assistant to join our team. In this non-licensed role, you will coordinate onboarding, manage employee training records, and support our educational programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience in healthcare, LTC, or HR.
• Must have a current CNA certification.
• Strong organizational, public speaking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding schedules and training materials.
• Maintain tracking of health files, fingerprint clearance, and mandatory training logs.
• Set up training rooms and manage audiovisual equipment.
• Monitor CEUs to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Regularly audit training files for state survey readiness.
