Qualifications

• Prior experience in educational leadership within healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in nursing education and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing and quality resident outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and in-service education.
• Maintain accurate education records and documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership on educational needs.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
