Heritage Manor Care in Idaho seeks a Director of Staff Development to plan, organize, develop, and direct in‑service educational programs across the facility to ensure the highest quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
The role requires two years of college, a Clear & Active LVN license in California, DSD certification, and at least two years of post‑acute/SNF experience. Oversight of CNA staff and training is included.

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in‑service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
