Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN License in good standing.
• Director of Staff Development Certification.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• APIC Certification in Infection Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor facility-wide staff education and in-service training programs.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and orient new employees.
• Maintain training records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee infection prevention and control programs throughout the facility.
• Provide direct resident care as needed when not performing DSD duties.
