Job summary

This full-time role partners with leadership to meet staffing and regulatory requirements and ensures staff competency across all departments.

The position requires CA LVN licensure, DSD certification, and APIC infection prevention credentials, with strong leadership and organizational skills to guide a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

Current and active California LVN license in good standing.
Director of Staff Development certification.
APIC Infection Prevention certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor staff education and in-service training.
Interview, hire, onboard, and orient new employees.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, TB management, and related training.
Oversee infection prevention and QAPI-related education initiatives.
Support staffing goals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
