Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC seeks an experienced RN to lead clinical education within a long-term care setting in Alabama. The role emphasizes supervising nursing staff, delivering in-service training, and ensuring compliance with standards.

You will plan, develop, and direct educational programs to maintain high-quality resident care while adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a health-related facility.
• Experience in supervision and teaching practices.

Key Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must have, as a minimum, one years' experience in a health related facility.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

Responsibilities

• To plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
