Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services in a long-term care setting. You will supervise daily nursing activities, ensure coordination of care, and evaluate performance in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Texas and a nursing degree, with leadership experience and a preference for those who have prior RN supervisory roles in similar facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership/supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.


• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
