Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine predictive models for workforce trends.
• Build automated data pipelines to transform raw data into real-time insights using SQL/dbt-like tooling.
• Design survey methodologies and ongoing listening strategies to surface health signals.
• Create high-fidelity visualizations and dashboards for executive insights.
• Collaborate on AI-driven workflows to summarize unstructured feedback and docs.
• Ensure data integrity by defining metric dictionaries and semantic layers.
