Robinhood is building an elite Talent Management & Analytics team to apply predictive insights and AI to workforce decisions. The Staff Data Scientist will own the vision, design, and delivery of high-impact data products used by executives and managers.

The role emphasizes language models in data pipelines, scalable AI-native workflows, and rigorous statistical standards to advance talent strategy across the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern data infrastructure (Snowflake, BigQuery or dbt).
• Strong product focus and ability to define user requirements.
• Experience integrating language models into data pipelines for text processing and summarization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the next phase of talent intelligence with predictive frameworks.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting, performance, surveys, and tools.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layer for consistent measurement.
• Manage data access controls and governance for sensitive HR data.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time signals.
• Own product delivery for internal data interfaces with Enterprise Engineering.
• Apply experimental design and psychometrics to validate predictive models.
