Robinhood is building a high-impact Talent Management & Analytics team, using advanced predictive insights and AI to power workforce decisions. As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll own the vision, design and delivery of data products used by executives, people partners, and line managers.

You’ll work across data science, product development, and organizational psychology to anticipate organizational needs and improve talent strategies, reporting to leadership and collaborating with Enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern data infrastructure (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt).
• Strong product focus and ability to translate data into usable tools.
• Deep understanding of statistics and experimental design.
• Experience integrating language models into data workflows.
• Experience designing predictive workforce analytics and survey frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead talent intelligence by building predictive frameworks for workforce insights.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting, performance, surveys, and tools; apply AI-enabled parsing to text data.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layer for cross-team consistency and scalability.
• Drive data access governance and masking to protect sensitive personnel data.
• Redesign sentiment architecture with continuous listening for real-time health indicators.
• Own internal data interfaces in collaboration with Enterprise Engineering to ensure reliability and usability.
• Apply experimental design and psychometrics to validate predictive models.
