Robinhood is building an elite Talent Management & Analytics team in Menlo Park, aiming to deliver predictive workforce solutions and actionable organizational insights. The Staff Data Scientist will own vision, design, and delivery of high-impact data products used by executives, people partners, and line managers.

The role focuses on enabling exceptional talent, accelerating team performance, and proactive retention strategies using state-of-the-art language models and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern data infrastructure (Snowflake/BigQuery/dbt).
• Direct experience integrating language models into data pipelines.
• Strong product focus and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence and build predictive frameworks.
• Architect a unified workforce data model across recruiting, performance, surveys, and tools.
• Define the metrics dictionary and semantic layer for consistent measurements.
• Drive data access control and governance for sensitive data access.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time insights.
• Own product delivery of internal data interfaces with Enterprise Engineering.
• Apply experimental design and psychometrics to ensure validity of models.
