Qualifications

• Degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, economics, or another quantitative discipline
• Experience with patient-reported outcome measures, risk adjustment, or outcomes benchmarking in provider, payer, or quality-reporting setting
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR/EMR) or claims data

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive and risk-adjustment models
• Frame modeling questions with product and clinical partners and deploy in production
• Write production-quality code with version control, reviews, and reproducible pipelines
• Estimate impact on patient outcomes using experimental and observational methods
• Communicate uncertainty, limitations, and tradeoffs clearly to clinical, product, and leadership audiences
