Job summary

Medbridge is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to lead production models that benchmark patient outcomes and support clinical decision-making. You will frame problems with product and clinical partners, choose robust methods, and deploy in Snowflake with ongoing monitoring.

You will work with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ship features, quantify impact, and ensure trustworthy use of healthcare data. This is a remote-first role across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Track record of models in production with deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Statistical reasoning about data generation, uncertainty, and method selection.
• Strong Python and SQL, tested, versioned code and reproducible pipelines; Snowflake preferred.
• Experience with messy real-world healthcare data and causal inference/evaluation design.
• Experience turning business goals into shipped model features in partnership with product/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive/risk-adjustment models.
• Set methodological standards and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality, tested code with deployment and monitoring in Snowflake with Data Eng.
