Job summary

Medbridge is a remote-first company shaping the future of healthcare through data science and predictive modeling. The Staff Data Scientist will own end-to-end models, from framing with product and clinical partners to deploying in Snowflake and monitoring in production.

You will set the modeling standards, write tested, reproducible pipelines, and measure how products and content change patient outcomes, working with product, engineering, clinical, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Track record of models that ran in production and were retrained.
• Statistical depth to reason about data generation and uncertainty.
• Experience with healthcare data and evidence evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own design, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set the methodological bar and document decisions for partners.
• Write production-quality code and manage deployment in Snowflake.
• Estimate impact of products and content on patient outcomes.
• Turn ambiguous goals into well-posed problems with cross-functional teams.
