Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to shape growth strategies, guide QB Desktop customer targeting, and improve retention. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate data into actionable insights that impact revenue and customer success.

You will lead causal inference projects, influence leaders, and build scalable data pipelines and dashboards, aiming to drive measurable business impact across multiple teams within Intuit.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science applying advanced analytics to drive growth, preferably in SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven experience with sales or GTM teams; strong retention and churn analytics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into stakeholder-friendly narratives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks to drive growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline, LTV, and churn to inform strategy.
• Build dashboards and self-serve tools to democratize insights across teams.
• Own retention analytics and design interventions to reduce churn.
