Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring a Staff Data Scientist for the Global Business Solutions Group's Mid Market Data Science team.

You will shape growth, retention, and targeting for QB Desktop by turning data into strategic recommendations, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive revenue and customer success. In this senior role you will lead retention analytics, causal inference, and advanced modeling, build dashboards and scalable data pipelines with engineering partners, and translate

Qualifications

7+ years of data science experience
Proven experience partnering with sales or go-to-market teams
Strong business acumen and storytelling skills
Advanced analytics, causal inference, and statistical modeling
Experience with data integration and pipeline development is a plus
Education: MS/PhD in quantitative field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Translate business problems into analytical frameworks to drive growth opportunities
Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive mid-market growth and expansion
Create dashboards, visualizations, and self-serve tools for insights across teams
Own retention and churn analytics and design interventions
Ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and tracking instrumentation
