Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science experience applying advanced analytics to drive growth in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience with sales/go-to-market teams; understanding retention and churn optimization.
• Strong business acumen and storytelling; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL, Python; data visualization with Tableau/Qlikview.
• Proficiency in causal inference, statistical modeling, ML, and experimental design.
• MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks to drive growth across the Mid Market Marketing team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive growth and expansion with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline, win/loss, and customer lifetime value; build dashboards and self-serve tools.
• Own retention and churn analytics; design metrics and propose interventions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure reliable pipelines and instrumentation across platforms.
