Deciml is seeking an experienced Data Scientist in New York to lead measurement for paid acquisition and growth analytics. You will design experiments, build models, and deliver actionable insights that inform budget allocation and campaign strategy across marketing channels.

You will work with Engineering, Growth and Product to unify data from multiple sources, create dashboards, and enable real-time decision making.

Qualifications

• Experienced in paid acquisition, growth analytics or comparable scaling consumer tech.
• Proficient in Python or R and SQL for large datasets.
• Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality and campaign metrics.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments (geo tests, holdouts, A/B tests).
• Fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention and payback in the customer lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Own measurement and analytics framework for marketing and paid acquisition.
• Develop frameworks for incrementality, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and channel efficiency.
• Design and analyze experiments across creative, audience, channel, bidding and landing page strategies.
• Build models and tooling to understand user quality and predict downstream value across campaigns.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to drive budget allocation and campaign strategy.
• Combine advertising data with product, behavioural and on-chain data for a完整 view of funnel.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for real-time marketing performance.
• Improve marketing data infrastructure, tracking and eventing with Engineering.
• Contribute to broader Data Science projects across product, experimentation and ecosystem.
