Metropolis seeks a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Marketing to turn large real-world datasets into engines for user acquisition, retention, and profit expansion. You will serve as the primary quantitative partner to Growth Marketing leadership, turning data into business strategy across Growth, Product, and Finance.

You will design A/B tests, lead geo-experiments, and collaborate with analytics and data engineering to build scalable pipelines and dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years as a Data Scientist or Analytics Lead focused on growth marketing/adtech.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Expertise in growth measurement, MTA, cohort modeling, and LTV/CAC dynamics.
• Experience with statistical experimentation and causal inference (A/B testing, geo-testing).
• Strong business sense and ability to partner with senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and refine predictive models for MTA, CLV, and CAC efficiency to guide multi-channel budget allocation.
• Conduct cohort analyses and retention modeling to uncover drivers of conversion and churn.
• Lead growth experimentation roadmap with A/B tests and geo-experiments across channels.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Finance to optimize unit economics and channel growth goals.
• Work with analytics and data engineering to establish event tracking and scalable data pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to transform analytical workflows into high-output processes.
