Your role combines hands-on modelling with production-grade code and decision memos that guide profit-driven allocation, in a fast-paced in-person setting in New York.

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc or equivalent depth in quantitative field.
• 4+ years building marketing mix or advertising response models.
• Hands-on causal inference with incrementality experiments.

Responsibilities

• Build a Bayesian marketing measurement system with uncertainty.
• Design geo-experiments and uplift tests for calibration.
• Translate model outputs into budget recommendations.
