Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, or product analytics with impact in CS, product, or go-to-market domains.
• Deep foundation in causal inference and quasi-experimental design (DiD, matching, synthetic control).
• Predictive modeling and segmentation experience used in production decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and experimentation (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Working fluency with AI tooling and LLM-based coding assistants to speed work while keeping rigor.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to CS, Services, Product, and Operations leaders—defining problems, metrics, and data-informed decisions.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments beyond A/B tests, including causal methods to isolate incremental impact.
• Develop and maintain scalable measurement frameworks for CS and Services outcomes like engagement and retention.
• Build predictive models and segmentation approaches to improve targeting and prioritization.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable analytics assets.
