Intuit’s GBSG Customer Success Data Science & Analytics team seeks a Staff Data Scientist to lead measurement, experimentation, and predictive modeling for Services like Payroll, Payments, and Bill Pay. You’ll partner with CS, Product, and Data Engineering to drive data-driven decisions across engagement, retention, and health metrics.

You will design advanced experiments, build scalable measurement frameworks, and apply AI tooling to improve speed and quality of insights while ensuring rigor

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, or product analytics with impact in CS, product, or GTM.
• Deep foundation in causal inference and quasi-experimental design (DiD, matching, synthetic control, RDD).
• Predictive modeling and segmentation used in production decisions, not just analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
• Experience with modern AI tooling for data science and AI/agent workflows.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate into decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

• Conceptualize problems, formulate hypotheses, and design rigorous analyses.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments including advanced causal methods.
• Build scalable measurement frameworks for CS and Services outcomes.
• Develop predictive models and durable customer segmentation for targeting.
• Prioritize opportunities and translate analysis into actionable roadmaps.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate analytics while maintaining rigor and reproducibility.
• Translate analyses into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable assets.
• Champion analytics rigor and reusable solutions; embody the Win Together mindset.
