Qualifications

• 8+ years of data science and analytics experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
• Ability to translate business strategy into analytical problems with framing first.
• Proven success with complex experiments and causal inference where traditional A/B testing is limited.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, segmentation, journey analytics, and experimentation.
• Experience building and owning predictive models end-to-end.
• Experience creating reusable data frameworks and data products for analytics teams.
• Fluency in SQL and a statistical language (Python or R); collaborate with engineers.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience planning and evaluating AI-native measurement and data products.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lifecycle Marketing Strategy through Data and define north-star metrics.
• Apply causal measurement to inform CRM roadmap and learn plans.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate findings into decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on journeys, cohorts, and lifetime value.
• Identify, size, and prioritize AI use cases for CRM and build supporting data products.
