Qualifications

• 8+ years of data science and analytics experience with impact across a business area.
• Translate business problems into analytical questions using first-principles thinking.
• Design and interpret complex experiments, using advanced causal methods.
• Expertise in causal inference, segmentation, journey analytics, and experimentation design.
• Experience building predictive models and owning models end-to-end.
• Create reusable data science frameworks and data products adopted broadly.
• Fluency in SQL and a statistical language (Python or R); partner with engineering.
• Strong communication and influence with Directors and VPs.
• Navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with AI-native tools for planning and evaluating analyses.
• BS or MS in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frame the right analytical questions to drive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
• Define north-star metrics and learning plans with leadership to guide decisions.
• Apply causal inference to assess impact of journeys, campaigns, and channels.
• Design and run experiments, holdouts, and quasi-experiments as needed.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop segmentation, personalization, and measurement dashboards for scale.
