Qualifications

• 8+ years of data science and analytics experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
• Ability to translate business strategy into analytical problems and framing questions before analysis.
• Proven expertise in designing complex experiments and applying causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Frame the right questions and translate problems into analytical frameworks.
• Define north-star metrics and learning plans with leadership.
• Apply causal inference to identify what actually moved a metric and design experiments.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive recommendations to decision-makers.
• Create dashboards and self-serve tools for marketing and leadership.
