Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Data Scientist within CK Intelligence to shape AI capabilities and measurement strategies. You will evaluate nascent AI features, size use cases by business value, and lead data-driven decisions across product, engineering, and marketing.

Ideal candidates drive zero-to-one initiatives, design causal experiments, and translate findings into strategic roadmaps with strong storytelling for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, BI, or related field in tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Shaped strategy and influenced executive decisions through data.
• Experience supporting zero-to-one products or ambiguous problems.
• Measured AI or personalization products, incl. golden datasets, LLM eval.
• Expertise in experimentation, performance measurement, and causal analysis.
• Defined success metrics and learning frameworks without benchmarks.
• Strong business acumen across acquisition, engagement, retention, strategy.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Advanced visualization with Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and measurement for AI-native experiences and automation.
• Develop AI evaluation with golden datasets and LLM-calibration.
• Apply causal inference to isolate effects on metrics.
• Frame business questions and influence roadmaps with insights.
• Build data products and govern data-to-decision systems.
• Create executive visualizations and leadership-ready narratives.
