• 8+ years in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Proven strategy shaping and executive decision influence.
• Experience with zero-to-one products and ambiguous problems.
• Proficient in evaluating AI, ML, or personalization products.
• Strong experimentation, performance measurement, and causal analysis.
• Clear business acumen across growth, product, and ops.
• Advanced SQL; Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and size AI use cases against business value.
• Define measurement strategies and establish success criteria.
• Apply causal inference to isolate drivers of metrics.
