Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for CK Intelligence to shape measurement for Credit Karma’s AI products across Chat, Agents, and Insights. You will size AI use cases against business value and own evaluation frameworks, datasets, and model governance.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to assess opportunities, inform experimentation, and drive strategic decisions based on rigorous analysis and storytelling to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, BI, or related field in consumer tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Proven track record shaping strategy and influencing exec decisions through data.
• Experience measuring AI, ML, or personalization products, incl. evaluation methods.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, performance measurement, and causal/decision analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to craft business narratives from data.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and size AI use cases by business value and shape measurement strategies.
• Develop measurement frameworks, leading indicators, and success criteria for AI products.
• Apply causal inference to isolate drivers of metrics and validate incremental impact.
• Frame questions, generate insights, and influence roadmaps and resource decisions.
• Build data products and governance for CK Intelligence and its agents.
