Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead measurement strategy for CK Intelligence across Chat, Agents, and Insights.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to assess AI opportunities, shape experiments, and determine which capabilities should be refined or scaled, ensuring evidence-based decisions for ship-ready experiences. You will combine rigorous analysis with business judgment to translate learnings into strategic direction, establish success

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, BI, or related field in consumer tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and influence executive decisions through data.
• Experience with zero-to-one products or ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience evaluating AI/machine learning/personalization products including golden datasets or LLM-based evaluation.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, performance measurement, and causal/decision analytics.
• Ability to define success metrics and learning frameworks without benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and size AI use cases against business value; shape experimentation and governance for AI experiences.
• Develop measurement strategies for AI products where benchmarks do not yet exist; define leading indicators and success criteria.
• Apply causal inference and counterfactual reasoning to isolate drivers of metrics; manage lifecycle of predictive models.
• Frame questions, drive AI product strategy, and influence roadmaps with data-informed hypotheses.
• Understand member lifecycle with AI experiences and distinguish genuine member value from activity shifts.
• Build and govern data products and decision systems across CK Intelligence and its agents.
• Automate analytical bottlenecks with agentic systems and ensure rigor in analysis within a streamlined workflow.
• Create executive dashboards and narratives to communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to align on opportunities and priorities.
