Ideal candidates have 6+ years in data-platform product roles, hands-on catalog/metadata experience (Unity Catalog or similar), and a track record translating regulatory requirements into tangible product features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management for data platforms or governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of data catalog/metadata tools and scale.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into data product needs.
• Technical fluency across data pipelines, modeling, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for schema evolution and versioning with backward/forward compatibility.
• Define drift detection tooling for real-time schema changes.
• Build semantic mapping between technical schemas and business terms.
• Lead tagging and taxonomy for data assets to enable discovery and access.
• Drive platformization of data assets across teams and environments.
