Job summary

The Trade Desk in Los Angeles is seeking a technically sharp Staff Product Manager to own data flow, cataloging, and governance across the platform. This role shapes how data is accessed, classified, and protected at scale, partnering with legal, privacy, and engineering teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives on schema evolution, drift detection, and data asset tagging, enabling compliant, efficient internal workflows across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in data platforms or ad tech.
• Experience with data catalogs and metadata management.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA.
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for schema evolution and versioning.
• Define drift detection tooling requirements.
• Build semantic mapping to business terms.
• Define column-level lineage requirements.
• Lead data asset tagging for discoverability and access.
• Embed privacy constraints at asset level.
• Drive platformization of data assets across teams.
