Job summary

Facet invites a Staff Data Analyst to join its Data Science & Analytics team in the United States. You will serve as a high-impact strategic partner to senior leadership, building lightweight, actionable reporting tools with Python and Streamlit and leveraging BigQuery-connected workflows.

You will craft deep-dive analyses, model data from multiple sources, and embed AI-assisted automation to scale insights across growth, margin, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a highly analytical, decision science, or advanced BI role.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct analytical partner to senior leadership and executive management.
• Proactively hunt opportunities to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Perform deep-dive EDA using Jupyter Notebooks to diagnose trends and hypotheses.
• Build and maintain interactive data tools using Python and Streamlit; design BigQuery-connected sheets.
• Integrate AI tools and secure automation into analytics workflows.
• Gather, clean, and model data from multiple sources using Python, SQL, and dbt.
