Job summary

Facet seeks a Staff Data Analyst in the United States to empower our executive team with high-impact insights that drive growth, margin, and retention. You will serve as a strategic partner, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations across business units.

You will build lightweight data tools using Python and Streamlit, conduct deep-dive analyses in Jupyter, and leverage AI-assisted workflows to scale accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical, decision science, or advanced BI role with executive influence.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to advise cross-functional leaders.
• Proficiency with Python for data manipulation and lightweight apps, including Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Strategic Advisor: translate data findings into leadership-level recommendations for senior executives.
• Proactively hunt opportunities to optimize performance and capture value across the organization.
• Perform deep-dive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Jupyter Notebooks to diagnose trends and hypotheses.
• Build and maintain interactive data tools using Python and Streamlit, and design BigQuery-connected Google Sheets for self-service reporting.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling and secure automation to scale analytics workflows.
• Gather, clean, and model data from multiple sources using optimized Python, SQL, and dbt.
