Self Financial in Austin, TX, is seeking a Staff Analyst to join our Product and Customer Analytics team. You will own metrics and analytical systems across the Credit Builder Account and Credit Card portfolios, guiding the customer lifecycle with data-driven insights.

You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define measurement strategies, build AI-native analytics, and deliver dashboards that reveal lifecycle KPIs and campaign performance, influencing strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects/experiments to identify drivers of customer and product behavior.
• Contribute to data models with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define measurement strategies and influence roadmap.
• Build AI-enabled analytics workflows and semantic layers to enable high-velocity decision making.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports showing lifecycle KPIs and campaign performance.
• Apply advanced analytics (statistical modeling, causal inference) to forecast initiative impact.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
