Harborview-Health-System in Decatur, GA seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for our healthcare workforce in a faith-based setting.

You will maintain payroll records, prepare earnings and tax reports, and support benefits administration while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (Paycom, ADP, or similar).
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus.

What You Will Do
