Job summary

Graceville Rehabilitation is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations in Graceville, FL. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and support for benefits administration within a caregiver-focused team.

You will handle earnings, taxes, deductions, and records, generate management reports, and collaborate with HR to update exemptions and job transfers. Experience with Paycom or ADP is preferred, and meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred).
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus.
