Perimeter Rehabilitation Suites by Harborview in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Staff Coordinator/Scheduler to manage daily staffing for RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Med Techs. The role focuses on coverage planning, overtime reduction, and accurate timekeeping.

You will coordinate onboarding, respond swiftly to call-outs, and ensure compliance with state staffing requirements while supporting our mission to care for the caregiver and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination.
• Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs).

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Coordinator/Scheduler

What You Will Do

• Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs)

• Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts

• Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps

• Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts

What You Must Have

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care)

• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems
