Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Design Technologist to shape customer-facing AI conversational experiences within the QuickBooks Digital Experiences team.

The role focuses on designing, training, and evaluating conversational AI agents for SMB owners and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and UX designers. The position emphasizes prototyping AI-driven workflows, building golden datasets, and ensuring responsible, human-centered AI integration across Intuit products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience with at least 4 years in conversation design and 1 year on AI agentic platforms.
• Expertise in building simple AI tools to deliver artefacts like golden datasets and analyze trends in user responses.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights from Voice of Customer data.
• Knowledge of language modeling and ML frameworks (NLUs, RAG, Claude Code).
• Ability to create dynamic dialog-flows using code (HTML, Python, XML, regex) and Boolean logic.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experiences in chatbots and voice assistants.
• Develop end-to-end conversation principles, design strategies, and playbooks with stakeholder alignment.
• Build AI skills for generating golden datasets and conducting AI evaluations.
• Design experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy across diverse users.
• Perform offline and online AI answer evaluations at scale with human-in-the-loop.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines, quality, and business metrics.
