Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Conversation Designer to shape AI-powered customer experiences in the QuickBooks Digital Experiences team. You will design, train, and evaluate AI agents, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, PMs, and UX designers.

Qualifications

• 8 years of design experience with 4+ years in conversation design
• Experience building AI tools for golden datasets and evaluations
• Strong data-analysis skills with AI inputs
• Knowledge of language modeling and ML frameworks
• Code literacy (HTML, Python, XML, regex) for dialogs flows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management
• User research and usability testing experience
• Academic background in ID/HCI/Psychology/CS or related fields

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversational products
• Develop end-to-end conversation principles and alignment with engineering/data science
• Build AI skills for generating golden datasets and AI evaluations
• Perform offline/online AI answer evaluations with humans in the loop
• Drive multiple projects with deadlines and metrics
• Design experiences that make AI-powered features trustworthy and usable for diverse users
