Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Conversation Designer to shape customer-facing AI conversational experiences within the QuickBooks Digital Experiences team in San Diego.

You will design, train, and evaluate chatbots and voice assistants, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver AI-powered customer support that scales. You will lead end-to-end conversation design, create golden datasets for evaluations, and ensure features are intuitive and

Competenze

• 5 years of design experience, with at least 4 years of conversation design and 1 year on AI agentic platforms.
• Expertise in building simple AI tools to generate golden datasets and analyze user responses.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to synthesize qualitative information with AI to derive insights.
• Knowledge of language modeling and ML frameworks (NLUs, RAG, Claude Code).
• Basic understanding of code to create dynamic dialog flows using Boolean logic.
